Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Avtrz, including our website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and related services. By creating an account or using Avtrz, you agree to these terms.

If you use Avtrz on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Avtrz helps products display profile photos for business contacts. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

You are responsible for how you configure Avtrz in your own product and for making sure your use complies with laws and policies that apply to you.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, workspace, API keys, and approved domains.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or API keys have been compromised.

You may not use Avtrz to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• send abusive, deceptive, harmful, or discriminatory content;
• reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• bypass rate limits, billing limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
• use profile photos in a way that is misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to your product's normal use.

You retain ownership of data you submit to Avtrz. You give us permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit data to Avtrz and to display results in your product.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, usage, and billing interval shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

We may change prices or plan limits, but changes will not apply retroactively to fees already paid.

We work to keep Avtrz reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every contact will have a matching profile photo or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Avtrz and its software, branding, designs, documentation, and other materials are owned by Avtrz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the service as described here.

You may stop using Avtrz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, or use Avtrz in a way that may harm us, our users, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avtrz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
